Not inside a guild. Voice channels are always there — you join one and you are in the call, with nobody to invite and no link to send.

Links only come into it when you are meeting someone outside the guild, which is what scheduling and public booking links are for.

Yes, from the client. Everyone in the room sees an advisory the moment recording starts — there is no silent recording in Gigawrks, by design.

Into the Drive of the guild the call belonged to, under the same permissions as any other file there. If you later leave that guild, the recording stays with the guild.

Turn off automatic gain control first. Noise suppression, echo cancellation, and gain control toggle independently rather than as one “enhance” switch, and gain control is usually the one fighting your microphone.

Yes. Resolution and frame rate are set before you share and can both be changed mid‑call. On a poor connection, drop the frame rate before the resolution — text stays readable that way.

No. You can move or cancel a single occurrence without disturbing the rest of the series.

Yes — import from an .ics file. It works the other way too: every meeting has an ICS link you can hand out.

The grid flags the conflict and names what it collides with, so you do not have to work out which one you double-booked.

A space with text and voice channels for a team or community. Membership decides which channels you can see and who you can call.

Files you added to that guild’s Drive belong to the guild and stay with it. Download anything you want to keep before you leave — once you are out of the guild those files are no longer reachable from your account.

Check spam first. If you request a second reset, the first link stops working, so use the most recent email. If you have lost access to the address itself, write to us and we will work out another way to verify you.

No. Gigawrks runs in the browser, calls included. Desktop builds for macOS, Windows, and Linux are on the downloads page if you want a dedicated window and system notifications.
